The Seller does not guarantee delivery of biologically sensitive goods in all weather conditions, all seasons or by all delivery methods.
Reservation or purchase of a live animal does not guarantee immediate handover. The animal is handed over only when the Seller considers it suitable for handover, including being stable, feeding properly, having shed or having met other species-specific handover conditions.
The Seller may refuse to hand over an animal if there are reasonable doubts that the Buyer will be able to provide appropriate keeping, safety and welfare conditions for the animal.
The Buyer is responsible for complying with the keeping, feeding, temperature, humidity, welfare, safety, registration, CITES or other applicable requirements of the specific species, if such requirements apply to the specific goods or animal.

Return of live animals is possible only after prior written agreement with the Seller and only if it does not conflict with the animal’s health, safety, welfare and applicable laws.

If the Buyer lawfully exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller refunds the payments received from the Buyer, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day the Seller receives the Buyer’s withdrawal notice.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until the Buyer provides proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
The refund is made using the same payment method that the Buyer used for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer and the Seller have agreed otherwise in writing.
